Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Pretty Pink PJ! We want you to love your jewelry. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make it right.

1. Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging (including boxes, pouches, and tags).
  • For hygiene and safety reasons, worn or altered jewelry cannot be returned.
  • To start a return, please email hlprettypinkpj@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions and the correct return address.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was sent incorrectly or arrived damaged.

2. Restocking Fee

  • A 10–15% restocking fee applies to eligible returns (based on product condition and packaging).
  • This fee helps cover inspection, cleaning, and repackaging costs.
  • Restocking fees do not apply to defective or incorrect items.

3. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
  • Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available for the same product type (for example, swapping one Italian charm style for another).
  • To request an exchange, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We’ll guide you through returning the original item first.

5. Non-Returnable or Final Sale Items

  • Custom or personalized items (like engraved charms)
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or final-sale products

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, contact hlprettypinkpj@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and photos of the item. We’ll offer a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible.

7. Packaging and Condition

Returned jewelry must be packaged securely to avoid damage in transit. Items returned with scratches, wear, or missing components may not qualify for a refund.
