Thank you for shopping with Pretty Pink PJ! We take great care in packaging and delivering your jewelry safely and on time.

1. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
  • You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery

We offer several shipping options at checkout:

  • Standard Shipping
  • Free Shipping: on orders over $75

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and carrier rates.

3. Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and link.
  • Tracking updates can take up to 24–48 hours to appear after shipment.

4. Shipping Destinations

  • We currently ship to addresses within the US.
  • International shipping is not available at this time. 
  • Please ensure your shipping information is correct. We cannot be responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses.

5. Delays and Lost Packages

  • Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or holidays.
  • If your package is delayed, please contact the carrier directly or email us—we’ll help you locate it.
  • For lost or undelivered packages, we’ll assist you with filing a claim when possible.

6. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and item. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
